2. Order Minimum and Delivery Fee: To qualify for our CBD delivery service, ensure your order subtotal is at least $60 after all discounts have been applied. For these orders, a $8 delivery fee applies. If your subtotal reaches $100, your CBD delivery is free!
3. Check Out: When checking out for CBD delivery, enter your billing and shipping addresses. If you’re within our CBD delivery zones in San Antonio, you’ll see “Same Day Home Delivery” as a shipping option. Tourists can also have their CBD delivered to their hotels; simply put the hotel’s name, address, and your room number as the shipping address. If the delivery option doesn’t appear, don’t fret! Give us a call at 210-366-4380 – sometimes we can make an exception.
4. Order Deadline: For same-day CBD delivery, orders must be placed by 6 PM. Any orders received after 6 PM will be processed for our next-day CBD delivery. We’re closed on Mondays, so orders placed after 6 PM on Sundays or anytime on Mondays will be delivered on Tuesday.
5. Delivery Zone and Timing: Wellness Wagon by CBD Relief boasts the most expansive CBD delivery reach in San Antonio. We deliver anywhere inside the 1604 Loop, parts of Helotes, parts of Bulverde and parts of Alamo Ranch. If you need your items delivered before 1 PM, please place a request in your order’s notes section or call our customer service line. We cannot guarantee specific delivery times due to varying factors such as traffic and general driving conditions, but we will do our best to accommodate your needs.
6. Additional Delivery Details: Please remember to provide gate codes or apartment numbers in the notes section. The driver will text you an estimated time of arrival. If you do not have a cell phone, note “please call-no text” in the order’s notes section. Deliveries are made with unmarked vehicles for your privacy. Upon request, we may leave your order on your porch and text a photo confirmation. However, we are not responsible for packages left per your request. To ensure prompt delivery, please provide accurate contact information and respond to the driver’s communications. Non-responsive customers may experience delayed delivery.
